When submitting your application, please ensure the inclusion of a copy of your identification and up-to-date proof of income (including Housing Vouchers and Pledges). It is imperative that all individuals aged 18 and above complete and sign their respective applications.

The completion of an online application entails the inclusion of a credit check as part of our standard application process. By submitting the online application, you explicitly consent to the performance of a credit check and agree to provide your signature on any required documents authorizing the credit check, should such authorization be requested as a condition of online application submission. Assessments regarding criminal background screening will be conducted on a case-by-case basis, guided by thorough analysis and consideration of various factors and information.
It is important to note that all applications will undergo approval or denial through our third-party screening company rather than our in-house staff. Detailed information regarding the approval process can be accessed on the third party's website during the application submission. We adhere to the principles outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Credit inquiries are processed through TransUnion Consumer Relations at 800-888-4213 (www.transunion.com/myoptions) or Equifax at 1-800-685-5000 (equifax.com).
